I asked for a simple fill and simple pedicure (I was cut twice on my hand by the manager btw and once on my foot) at the end I was charged 120$ for this service.. I questioned it and she said “we gave you the spa pedicure” I responded with that is not what I asked for and the manager responded with “it’s better for you” I said I don’t care it’s not what I asked for and she said “you asked for it” I can assure you I didn’t they didn’t even give me a book to pick I told them I wanted a basic pedicure. So the “spa pedicure” was $65 meaning the nails I got done were 55 and I got the SAME thing last week and at the same place and it was 40$ make it make sense. (Side note the one male nail tech in there was very rude to a grandmother who was waiting for her granddaughter to get her nails done, she had asked him a question about one of the colors and he very rudely told her to go away because he was “busy” (shuffling around some papers and talking to the other nail tech) this place is a joke and very rude to customers wouldn’t recommend at all! To the manager stop doing your clients dirty and give them what they asked for and you probably would get more honest money from tips instead of trying to steal and scam people and loose clientele I can assure you I will never be back and I doubt the other lady waiting for her granddaughter will either.

Very attentive, kind staff. Was a walk in and they took me right away. The selection of nail designs is unlimited. Beautifully stocked nail salon. They offer all kinds of other services too. I got a pedicure and a full set nails done. I was very pleased with my results. I did return for my fill to get a holiday design and wow! They do know what their doing when it comes to creating nail art. The staff are knowledgeable, kind and efficient. Definitely returning customer.

To be honest I’ve been to a couple of nail salons in Lancaster city and none of them compare to here!! It’s so hard to find a place to where they actually hand paint the nail art and not just say no and make you use stickers. Definitely will be going back again! 9-29-25 Since they won’t let me make another review but I can edit my old one. Just wanted to come back again and say Lilly did such an AMAZING job!!! I am soooooo and I mean soooo in love with my Sunflower nails 🌻 she did an amazing as always!

I asked for my nails to be taken off and painted this color. Half way through Cathy taking my nails off she ripped my nail and told me it was already damaged (it was NOT) so she just had to rip it. I complained because I have a wedding to go to in 2 weeks so she proceeded to do my nails like it was her first time doing nails. There is still acrylic on my nails and they are uneven. I keep telling myself I’m going to stop coming here but this is it! I will never step foot in there and this was the last dime they get from me. Never again!!!! Cathy should be ashamed of herself she has been there for years and this is a MESS!!!
